Real‑world retention performance is affected by multiple factors, including adhesive formulation, pre‑treatment of natural lashes, application skill, ambient environment, the client’s home aftercare routine, as well as the natural lash growth cycle.

Lash primer is applied post‑cleansing to eliminate leftover surface oils and condition natural lashes for glue bonding.

Primer works especially well for clients with oily lash strands, heavy skincare product residue, or ongoing retention‑related issues. Apply it in minimal amounts while the client keeps their eyes completely closed.

Super Bonder is a finishing solution that gets applied onto the glue bonding zone once the lash service is finished.

It helps stabilise fully cured adhesive and contributes to a more pliable, safeguarded bond.

Apply only a minimal quantity and strictly adhere to the official application instructions.

Spike Styler is a styling agent designed for wet‑look, wispy, anime, manga and textured lash finishes.

There are two available application methods:

- Before Application – Dab a tiny quantity onto the lash tips on the strip. Separate and mould your preferred spike shapes prior to picking up the lashes.

- After Application – Use a sanitised micro‑swab to place a measured amount onto the tips of the installed extensions. Gently sculpt the lashes with tweezers to form tight, well‑defined spikes.Spike Styler is compatible with various lash thicknesses and performs exceptionally well with 0.05‑0.10mm diameter lashes.

This is purely a styling product and should not be used as eyelash extension adhesive.

Eyelash extension remover cream is formulated to soften and break down cured lash glue, allowing extensions to be taken off without tugging on the natural lashes.

Cream‑based removers allow for more precise placement compared to runny liquid removers. Even so, the product must be kept clear of the eyes and surrounding skin at all times.Professional removal procedure:

• Ensure the client’s eyes stay fully closed.
• Shield the under‑eye skin area.
• Apply remover exclusively to the adhesive bond sites.
• Allow sufficient time for the glue to soften.
• Gently slide extensions free.
• Wipe away any leftover remover cream.
• Thoroughly cleanse the natural lashes.

Never pull or peel extensions directly off the natural lashes.
