We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) cannot affect resales. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Modification/Cancellation
Usually, orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after placement. Orders can be modified/canceled before shipping out/producing. You will get a full refund once the order is canceled. Cancellation/modification can not be accepted after the package is shipped out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, damaged/broken item(s) can be exchanged/refunded, and we will take responsibility for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). We can exchange any item(s) that does not affect the resale after receiving the returned item(s).
Return
If you make a mistake in your order accidentally or dislike the order, we are sorry that we will not be responsible for providing the prepaid shipping label or return shipping fee, and you should return the products yourself.
1. If you want a refund, the original shipping fee on the order, if any, is non-refundable. The refund(excluding the shipping fee, if there is any) will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned package.
2. If you want to exchange, we will send you the new item(s) after we receive your returned package. Please notice that the price of the new item(s) should be equivalent to the original item(s) and the price difference will be needed if there is any.
Expedited delivery charges selected by you (e.g. you voluntarily select a more expensive delivery method) are not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-10 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If the item(s) is damaged during return shipping, we may charge a fee of 30-70% depending on the extent of the damage.
